Volunteer Information

In addition to volunteering in your child's classroom, there are always opportunities to help and support Rummel Creek.  They range from program and project coordinators, helping the coordinators on a committee, help in the office and much more!  Some tasks can be done from home and/or at night.  So, for all moms and dads who work outside the home or stay at home, please think about what you can do.  Without Rummel Creek's volunteers many of the thinks you see simply wouldn't happen.  Additionally, besides the obvious benefit of supporting your child's education, you will meet so many great people!  See the below for the immediate volunteer needs.

How do I become a volunteer?

All volunteers must register every year.  Regardless of the classroom or school activity that you will be working on, even just volunteering your your child's class, it is required by the district to fill out a Volunteer Registration Form.  It only takes a few minutes and you will just need to do it one time per year.
